1. Exact Text / Logo / Image

•  Send the exact wording you want on the neon sign.
• If you would like to include a logo or a specific image/icon, please send it to us and we will confirm whether it can be produced.

2. Preferred Size

• Choose your preferred size from the available options.
• If the size you want is not listed, please contact us and we will quote you based on your required dimensions.
• Maximum size available for a neon sign: 240 × 120 cm.

3. Font Style

4. Neon Colour

• Choose your preferred neon colour from our available colour chart.
• Please speak to us before confirming, so we can check whether your chosen colour is currently available.
• For the best experience, we recommend visiting our shop to view the available colours and options in person.

5. Layout / Arrangement
   Let us know how you would like the design to be arranged:

• One line
• Two lines
• Multiple lines
• A specific shape or style

If possible, draw a simple sketch on paper and send us a photo. This will help us better understand your preferred layout.

6. Background
   Please specify the type of background you want:

• Transparent background
• Coloured background

7. Fixing Method
   Let us know how you would like the sign to be placed:

• Wall-mounted using spacers
• Hanging / fixed on a backdrop
• Placed on a stand

8. Power Cable Position

• By default, the wire will come out from the bottom. If you want the cable to come out from a specific position, please inform us in advance.

9. Deadline / Event Date

• Let us know if the sign is required for a specific event date or deadline.

Note:

• Please check all spelling and wording carefully before sending, as the text will be copied exactly as provided. The more details you share with us, the easier it will be for our team to prepare your design accurately.

You can collect your order directly from our shop at Forest Side, Curepipe once it’s ready.
Alternatively, we offer home delivery for just Rs 200.

Neon sign orders require an average of 20–30 days for design and production, calculated from the date of final artwork approval. Please allow an additional 1–4 days for home delivery.
Neon signs require several specialised production stages, including tracing the approved design, CNC-cutting the acrylic background, gluing the LED, completing the electrical wiring, testing the lighting, and carrying out final quality checks.

Urgent deadlines must be communicated before placing your order and will only be accepted once confirmed by our team. Otherwise, the standard production timeframe will apply.
