1. Design Theme

• Choose your preferred floral design Clich Here+theme or specify a particular theme, such as movie, travel, traditional, minimalist, or any other style.

2. Board Size

• Select your preferred size from the available options. For a custom size, send the exact width × height in centimetres.

3. Couple’s Names and Event Details
Send the exact details you want displayed, such as:

• Couple’s names
• Event date
• Short quote or welcome message

4. Table Names or Numbers
Specify how each table should be labelled, for example:

• Table 1, Table 2, Table 3
• Floral names
• Movie titles
• Countries or destinations

5. Complete Guest List
Send the guest list in an Excel file or clearly typed in a message.      Arrange the names under each table heading, for example:

Table 1
Guest Name 1
Guest Name 2
Guest Name 3

Table 2
Guest Name 1
Guest Name 2
Guest Name 3

6. Preferred Orientation

• Specify whether you want the seating plan in portrait or landscape format.

Note:

• Please carefully verify every guest’s name, table allocation, spelling, date, and other details before sending. The information will be copied directly into the design.

You can collect your order directly from our shop at Forest Side, Curepipe once it’s ready.
Alternatively, we offer home delivery for just Rs 200.

Customized orders require an average of 14 days for design and production, calculated from the date of final artwork approval. Please allow an additional 1–4 days for home delivery.

Urgent deadlines must be communicated before ordering and are accepted only upon confirmation. Otherwise, the standard timeframe applies.
