Neon sign orders require an average of 20–30 days for design and production, calculated from the date of final artwork approval. Please allow an additional 1–4 days for home delivery.
Neon signs require several specialised production stages, including tracing the approved design, CNC-cutting the acrylic background, gluing the LED, completing the electrical wiring, testing the lighting, and carrying out final quality checks.
Urgent deadlines must be communicated before placing your order and will only be accepted once confirmed by our team. Otherwise, the standard production timeframe will apply.
