We cut only materials supplied by us and do not accept client-provided materials.
Please note: Gate frame and installation are not included. We supply only the selected material with the custom cut design.
Gate design - CNC or LASER
1. Select the Material
Choose the material / thickness from the available options below. Materials not listed cannot be processed.2. Specify the Exact Size
Provide the overall width and height in centimetres*. Measurements must be accurate and submitted at the final required size.

Specify the number of identical pieces required.4. Send a Model or Reference
Provide a clear photo, sketch or reference showing the shape and cutting style required. Our designer will review the project and confirm whether it is technically possible.5. If you want to provide your own design - Provide a Vector Cutting File
Files should preferably be supplied in AI, EPS, SVG, DXF or vector PDF format.- All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- Cutting lines must be clear and properly joined.
- The artwork must be prepared at the correct size.
- Images in JPG or PNG format are not considered cutting-ready vector files.
6. Confirm Whether It Must Be One Piece
If the finished design must remain as one complete piece, all letters, shapes and elements must be properly connected. Otherwise, the design may produce separate loose pieces.7. Specify Holes and Fixing Requirements
Indicate whether you require holes for screws, spacers, or hanging. Provide the exact:- Hole diameter
- Number of holes
- Position and spacing
- Distance from the edges
8. Indicate the Intended Use
Specify whether the item will be used *indoors or outdoors* and explain its intended purpose. This helps us assess whether the selected material and thickness are suitable.9. Finish
We normally supply all materials without polishing or painting.10. Technical Review
Designs containing extremely thin lines, very small details, unsupported sections, complicated shapes or inaccurate measurements may not be suitable for cutting. Our designer will review the artwork before confirming the order.Important: All materials and thicknesses are subject to availability. Cutting feasibility will be confirmed only after our designer has reviewed the artwork, measurements and selected material.
You can collect your order from our shop in Forest Side, Curepipe once it is ready.
For this type of project, we also offer delivery island-wide at a fixed fee of Rs 2,500. Delivery is carried out by van or lorry, depending on the size of the order.

Customized orders require an average of 14 days for design and production, calculated from the date of final artwork approval. Please allow an additional 1–4 days for home delivery.
